Rose Quartz is a hard crystalline mineral made up of Silicon Dioxide and is classified as Transparent. The pink colour of Rose Quartz is attributed to microsopic fibers of Dumortierite within the Quartz. It has a Hardness of 7 on the Mohs Scale which makes it ideal for Tumbling.
