What is White Jade?

Jade is a mineral which is mostly known for its green varities, however can also naturally occur in other colours as well. Jade comes in two different silicate minerals, with the first being Nephrite which is a silicate of Calcium and Magnesium in the Amphibole group of Minerals. The second is Jadeite which is a silicate of Sodium and Aluminium in the Pyroxene group of minerals. White Jade being of the Nephrite kind.

Healing Properties?

White Jade is said to be the Stone of Calm and Peace.

For use in healing it is said that White Jade is a talisman that has the property and meaning of healing said to bring about both peaceful and calming feelings. Used for increasing love in relationships and healing any hurt feelings from the past. A stone that can purify and also has the strong and mighty power of light.
