We offer a Flat Rate Shipping fee on all orders upto £30 as per the below locations. Orders over £30 in value will be free shipping.

Our commitment to great products and customer satisfaction is top priority. However, if you would like to return an item for whatever reason, you can send it back to us in original condition within 14 days for a refund.
If you have received damaged or faulty goods / product, please
contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
Please make sure that the product is in original condition and packaged well to prevent damage on return.
To make things quicker, please help us with a reason for returning the product so we can better understand and learn. This can be included on the enclosed returns note.
The return postage is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded, unless agreed previously depending on situation.
