What is Bloodstone?
Heliotrope, also known as Bloodstone is a cryptocrystalline mixture of Quartz that occurs mostly in Jasper or sometimes as a Chalcedont. Bloodstone is opaque Green Jasper with red inclusions of Hematite.
Healing Properties?
Bloodstone is said to be the Stone of Courage.
For use in healing it is said that Bloodstone is said to promote long life as well as good physical and emotional health. Helping to boost Courage, vitality, fertility, and strength. In protection it is said to give courage to confront enemies, and giving protection from both verbal and physical attacks.
